Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Advisors. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout their trip preparation journey by helping coordinate important planning elements, sharing timely updates, and ensuring each step of the experience remains organized and easy to navigate.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests and scheduling expectations
  • Help organize key trip components including accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Provide progress updates related to reservation confirmations and planning timelines
  • Assist with reviewing available destination options using approved supplier platforms
  • Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure digital communication tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to guest planning activity
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
