Title Assistant (Onsite – Rock Springs, WY | Sweetwater County)

Jumpstart your career in real estate with First American. If you enjoy digging into history, solving puzzles, and working with detail-driven data, this role puts you at the center of the title process - helping deliver accurate, critical information to our teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Research property records and resolve title issues
• Review and interpret real estate documents
• Ensure accuracy in legal documents and calculations
• Support the title process from file creation to completion
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Curiosity and a love for research
• Professional communication and a customer-first mindset
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• High school diploma (title experience a plus, not required—we’ll train!)

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
