Position Summary:
The Welder is responsible for performing MIG and/or TIG welding on components according to specifications and blueprints. This role ensures high-quality welds while maintaining safety, productivity, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Main Duties:

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding per specifications and blueprints
• Review work instructions and report part or equipment issues to supervisor
• Support safety, quality, and productivity improvement initiatives
• Complete assigned work within required timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow supervisor instructions

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience required
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Knowledge of welding practices and basic quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for the full shift
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work overtime as needed
