Description
We are a small physicians' office with 4 providers. We have a beautiful new office that looks over the Indian River Lagoon. We are looking for someone who is going to fit it well and stay for a long time.
Job Responsibilities
- Rooming patients and taking initial history
- Charting in the electronic medical record
- Updating medications, medical history, allergies
- Entering medication and laboratory orders
- Calling patients to explain test results and changes in treatment
- Cross Covering the allergy department - allergy injections and testing
- Cleaning medical equipment and sterilizing it
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
