Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our preschool team. This role is the first point of contact for families and plays a key part in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong phone etiquette, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support enrollment efforts through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors in a warm and professional manner 
  •  Answer and manage incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette 
  •  Provide information about programs, tuition, and enrollment processes 
  •  Schedule tours and follow up with prospective families to support enrollment growth 
  •  Maintain accurate student records and administrative files 
  •  Assist with enrollment paperwork and ensure compliance with licensing requirements 
  •  Support billing, invoicing, and general office tasks as needed 
  •  Coordinate communication between staff and families 
  •  Help plan and support school events and activities 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment 
Qualifications:

  •  Previous administrative or office experience preferred (early childhood setting a plus) 
  •  Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills 
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities 
  •  Sales mindset with the ability to build relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments 
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems 
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset 
Preferred Skills:

  •  Experience with preschool or childcare enrollment processes 
  •  Familiarity with Procare or student management systems 
  •  Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
