Salary range:  $66,227 - $85,218 annually 

Meeting Street is currently looking for a Physical Therapist for 40 hours per week. 

Duties:

  • Provides formal  and informal evaluation of functional capabilities of clients on assigned caseload. Reviews results with clients and their families as well as classroom staff when indicated.
  • Develops and  implements individual treatment plans and ongoing treatment programs addressing specific goals with measurable outcomes. Schedules clients to meet requirements of education plan.
  • Maintains written documentation of all evaluations, Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals, PT treatment plans, progress notes and communication with doctors and families in a professional, compliant, and timely manner.
  • Participates actively, cooperatively, and constructively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provides instruction and guidance to ensure that the clients’ IEP goals are integrated into a comprehensive educational program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Licensure as a registered physical therapist by the Massachusetts Department of Health of      Health.
  • A minimum of  one (1) year related experience; familiarity with a pediatric population      preferred.
  • Valid CPR and  First Aid training.
