ESSENTIAL CONTRIBUTIONS:  

  • Keep Track of Sections/Walk floor to keep track of tables.
     
  • Communicate with servers, guests and management.
     
  • Help keep establishment manicured (i.e. tables, bathrooms, floor)
     
  • Greet Guests with a smile (and by name if known) and welcome them to the restaurant.
     
  • Place menus/silverware for each guest
     
  • Make sure guests are seated comfortably.
     
  • Know your menu/establishment promotions.
     
  • Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone/Reservations.
     
  • Special Projects assigned by Manager.  
     

Requirements

  • Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance.  
     
  • A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team.  
     
  • Passion for providing extraordinary service.  
     
  • An appetite for learning (and great food).  
     
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.  
     
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.   
     
  • No Degree Required. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.
     
  • Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.
