Primetone está en búsqueda de una Limpiadora y un Porter de tiempo completo para un edificio residencial en Philadelphia, PA. Esta posición es clave para mantener un ambiente limpio, seguro y agradable para los residentes y visitantes.

Horario:
Lunes, martes, jueves, viernes y sábado.
De 7:00 AM a 3:30 PM.
Aproximadamente 37–40 horas por semana.

Responsabilidades del Limpiador(a):
-Limpieza y desinfección de áreas comunes, pasillos, amenidades y baños.
-Barrer, trapear, aspirar, quitar el polvo y reponer suministros según sea necesario.
-Limpieza interior de ventanas en áreas comunes.
-Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o seguridad.

Responsabilidades del Porter:
-Mantener la limpieza de las áreas exteriores y comunes del edificio.
-Barrer y trapear cuartos de basura.
-Apoyar con tareas de limpieza en toda la propiedad.
-Asegurar que las áreas públicas se mantengan ordenadas y presentables.

Requisitos:
-Experiencia previa en limpieza o como porter es preferida, pero no requerida.
-Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y seguir instrucciones
Persona responsable, puntual y detallista.
-Transporte confiable requerido.
-Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar peso ligero a moderado.
