Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Baltimore team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, helping patients recover, improve mobility, and return to their daily activities safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist 
  •  Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals 
  •  Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist 
  •  Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities 
  •  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system 
  •  Educate patients on exercises, recovery expectations, and injury prevention 
  •  Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging patient experience 
Qualifications

  •  Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program 
  •  Active Maryland PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting 
  •  Commitment to high-quality patient care and outcomes 
  •  New graduates are encouraged to apply
