 Affirmed Home Care, a NYC based private pay concierge home care agency, is growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to support our operations across NY, NJ, and CT.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact, fast-paced team where your work directly supports patient care. Ideal candidates will have experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver coordination and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in a fast-paced home care environment
• Keep all cases fully staffed and running smoothly each day
• Respond quickly to call-outs and last-minute staffing needs
• Pair the right caregivers with the right clients
• Stay in constant communication with caregivers, clients, and your team
• Keep schedules accurate and up to date in scheduling systems

Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

• 1–2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or scheduling coordination, preferred
• Hands-on experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN), preferred
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills with strong communication
• Comfortable using scheduling systems (AlayaCare is a big plus!)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day (hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
