In this role, you'll assist individuals as they organize upcoming travel plans by helping coordinate arrangements, sharing helpful updates, and supporting a smooth planning process from start to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and important planning details
• Assist with coordinating trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide progress updates regarding reservations and scheduling timelines
• Help review destination and package options using approved supplier platforms
• Respond to questions through email, phone, and secure messaging channels
• Maintain accurate coordination notes and client records
• Participate in onboarding activities and continued learning sessions
