• Provide updates related to booking progress and confirmation timelines
• Review available package and destination options through approved supplier systems
• Respond to client questions using phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
• Maintain organized records related to booking activity and client requests
• Stay familiar with current travel opportunities, supplier announcements, and destination features
