The Client Service Specialist is responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving order and delivery issues, and managing complaints. They must determine the cause of problems, implement solutions, and ensure timely resolution for all client concerns.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with client service skills, problem-solving abilities, and good listening skills to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints. A high school diploma or GED is required, and 0-2 years of experience is preferred.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.  
  • Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.  
  • Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.  
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED  
  • 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
