All full-time, externally hired Medical Assistants will receive a $3500 sign on /retention bonus!
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday, 6:30am-5pm (Thursdays + Weekends OFF)
Highlights of the Position:
Compassionate, Collaborative Care: Demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and sound clinical judgment while supporting patients and the care team.
Direct Provider Support: Assist providers with patient care, treatments, and clinical decision-making to ensure smooth, high-quality visits in an acute care setting.
Clinical Desktop & Chart Management: Conduct chart reviews, manage medication refills, and support pre-visit planning and other clinical requests.
Patient Preparation & Procedures: Room patients, maintain exam spaces, administer medications and vaccines, draw blood, and process labs under provider direction.
Quality & Compliance: Support adherence to quality standards and help implement best practices across the clinic.
Patient & Team Engagement: Collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and clinic workflows while ensuring patients feel heard and respected.
