Stretch Zone, we believe nothing is more important than your health. As a Sales Associate, your role is to help guests understand the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and guide them into memberships that help them feel and move better long term.
A unique part of this role includes
leading first-time stretch consultations, where you’ll work hands-on with guests during their initial experience, help identify their goals, explain how our process works, and create confidence in their personalized membership plan.
No prior stretch experience required — we provide training.

Responsibilities
- Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching through confident membership sales
- Lead first-time stretch consultations by guiding guests through their introductory experience and helping them understand the benefits of continued care
- Provide a hands-on, relationship-driven consultation experience that builds trust and confidence
- Convert first-time guests into members by clearly communicating program value
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and creating a welcoming studio experience
- Support strong member retention through consistent follow-up and proactive communication
- Encourage add-on sessions and package upgrades when appropriate
- Track personal KPIs and sales performance goals
- Work closely with studio leadership and practitioners to ensure a seamless client experience
- Help maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and daily operational flow
- Continue developing sales and communication skills through coaching and training
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable in a customer-facing, hands-on consultation role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Passion for wellness, fitness, health, or helping people feel their best
- Willingness to learn new systems and sales processes
Pay
$16-20/hour + commission on all sales Pay may vary based on experience and assigned location.
