We are seeking a Family Advocate to recruit and maintain enrollment of eligible families, develop rapport, and provide ongoing service. A minimum of an Associate Degree in social work, human services, family services counseling, or a related field such as Psychology is required. This role involves assessing family strengths, supporting goal setting, and nurturing positive relationships to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond.

We have opportunities in all 4 counties we serve; Marion, Morrow, Crawford, & Richland.
Our Head Start Locations
The OHCAC Head Start Classrooms provide high-quality care for children during the critical first 2,000 days of life by operating 8 learning centers, serving children birth through five years old, in Marion, Morrow, Crawford, & Richland counties. Because of our high standards, all sites achieved a 5-Star rating on the Step-Up-To-Quality system.

Job Requirements
