What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the day
  • Research vehicle history and make informed recommendations
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow
  • Ensure repairs are completed properly and customer expectations are met
  • Work closely with service, parts, and sales teams

Service writing experience is not required, we will train the right person. Dealership experience is preferred.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
