This role will support the analysis of product and application data by creating visualizations, dashboards, and custom reports while collaborating closely with product, engineering, data analytics, and quality assurance teams to gather reporting requirements, understand data structures, and establish reliable reporting within HealthStream’s Data & Analytics Platform.   This internship provides hands‑on experience working with product/application data and business intelligence tools, helping you develop practical analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.   Key Responsibilities Analyze product and application data to identify trends and insights Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting requirements Create dashboards and reports to support data‑driven decision‑making Communicate insights and findings clearly to stakeholders     QualificationsQualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably in related fields such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics Experience with data querying and analysis using SQL Python experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with data visualization and reporting techniques Exposure to business intelligence and data visualization tools Basic understanding of data concepts and data structures Familiarity with ETL processes is a plus   Requirements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to investigate and help resolve data or reporting issues Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain data insights Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and ask questions Team‑oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies   More Details This role will be paid at 18 an Hr.
