Job Summary: The Legal and Administrative Intern is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Legal Department and other duties to be assigned.  Essential Duties: Scanning and filing at the direction of the corporate paralegal.  Provide support with new hire folders and assisting in orientation sessions as needed. Providing administrative support for various legal activities and initiatives  Organizing and filing of confidential documents and information as needed.  Assisting with other projects as needed.
