Graphic Design & Production Intern

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design & Production Intern to support our marketing and creative team. This internship provides hands-on experience in both design development and production execution across digital and print platforms, with a strong focus on brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, digital ads, and print collateral
• Resize, format, and prepare files to meet specific digital and print specifications
• Learn and apply brand guidelines across all creative assets
• Properly implement logos, typography, color palettes, and overall brand look and feel
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in layout and visual presentation
• Organize and maintain creative files and asset libraries
• Proof and quality-check materials prior to final delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required; After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus)
• Understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory
• Ability to prepare print-ready and web-optimized files
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand standards
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and meet deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating design and production work

Intern Deliverables

1. Project Support
• Assist in executing assigned projects from concept to completion.
• Provide research, drafts, or production support as needed.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
• Support scheduling, coordination, and workflow tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Deliver a final recap of all the assets you have created.
