Job Description
About SINGU
At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.
Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.
Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.
If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.
Get hands-on experience at the intersection of corporate strategy, M&A, and operational excellence — working directly with the Chief of Staff and Management Board of a fast-growing, pan-European tech group.
Support ongoing M&A processes by evaluating acquisition targets (conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to assess strategic fit and value creation potential)
Prepare supporting materials for deal reviews
Assist in coordinating PMI workstreams across newly acquired companies
Track integration milestones, flag risks, and help maintain project timelines
Help prepare monthly business summaries for the Group's ownership (K1 Investment Management)
Support preparation of materials for Supervisory Board meetings
We're looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about the world of tech corporate strategy and M&A. You should bring:
Strong interest in technology companies and the European tech ecosystem as well as solid understanding of SaaS business models and the metrics that matter (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV/CAC)
Foundations in corporate finance — financial accounting, valuation and deal mechanics
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (financial / data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
Fluent English (C1 level) — you'll be writing and presenting materials for international stakeholders
Practical familiarity with AI tools that support everyday knowledge work (research, drafting, summarizing)
Availability for a minimum of 3 months
Prior internship or project experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC would be an advantage
Real deal exposure — work on live M&A processes, not simulated case studies
Board-level visibility — work closely with the Management Board
Direct mentorship from the Chief of Staff on a day-to-day basis
International scope — exposure to transactions and integrations across Europe
Tech-forward culture that embraces AI tools, moves fast, and tests early
Hybrid setup with offices in Warsaw and Kraków, flexible schedule for students
Graduate internship contract for 3 months, with possibility of extension.
If you want to see how strategy and M&A actually work inside a fast-growing European tech group — not from the outside, but from a seat at the table — we'd love to hear from you.
If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
