Your Role & Impact
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their visit with professionalism and compassion. You’ll manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, register patients, and collect payments. You’ll also support clinical staff by maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean, organized reception area.
What We’re Looking For: WORK HOURS ARE 10AM - 7PM MONDAY - FRIDAY
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role
Basic computer proficiency
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Experience working with Electronic Health Records (preferred)
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $32.20 on an hourly basis. (depending on experience)Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
