About the Company: PrimusLabs, a global leader in food safety for the fresh produce industry is in search of a Field Sampler to support our team in Santa Maria, CA. For nearly 30 years PrimusLabs has been a trailblazer in all aspects of produce food safety, offering the most extensive range of microbiological and pesticide testing services available to agricultural and other food industries, domestically and abroad. We offer dynamic solutions from laboratory testing, field sampling and supply chain management throughout the produce world.
About the Position: We have an immediate opening for a seasonal, full-time Field Sampler. Training will be provided. A clean DMV record is required and must be submitted prior to the start of assignment. This position includes the use of a company vehicle, along with company-provided insurance and a mobile phone. (due to insurance requirements, must be at least 21 years of age).
Must be flexible with their work schedule, as sampling may take place during both daytime and evening hours. Work is conducted in the field and at facility locations, often in varying weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and muddy environments). All sampling activities are performed in accordance with PrimusLabs’ Standard Operating Procedures.
$20-21 per hour.
