Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | [Tri-Cities, WA]

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.


Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. $35.00 - $42.00/hr The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

 

Shifts: Full Time, Part Time, PRN Nights and Weekend position

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
  • Develop and follow individualized care plans
  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in the state of WA
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Home health experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings
