ENC Internship Program: May - July 2026 Riverside, CA   Founded in 1975, ENC (ElDorado National – California) is a leading U.S. transportation manufacturer with over 50 years of experience delivering safe and reliable vehicles to customers across the country. ENC is committed to helping revitalize American manufacturing and supporting public agencies and private transportation companies with a commitment to customer focus, innovation, and delivering high-quality vehicles.   Internship Overview: The ENC Internship Program is a 10-week program focused on skills development in a variety of opportunities throughout ENC, while maximizing opportunities for learning and professional experience. Internships are available for 3 months (10 weeks) on a full-time or part-time basis. Hours and work schedules will be determined based on your availability and the department’s needs. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with staff at all levels on projects to aid in their career development and gain insight into a career in commercial transit manufacturing. Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship and networking.    Why intern with us? Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing)
• Ability to work 32-40 hours per week for the full duration of the internship program 
• Onsite requirement
• Demonstrate interest in pursuing long-term career opportunities with ENC beyond the internship
• Strong motivation and drive to learn, contribute and grow within a dynamic team environment.

While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time.
The hiring range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
