Position Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will support the LATAM region by delivering data-driven insights to enhance retail performance and operational excellence. You will work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Planning teams to consolidate and analyze data, enabling informed decision-making and supporting strategic initiatives across the region.

Key Accountabilities:

Retail Performance & Business Insights 

  • Analyze store performance across sales, KPIs, and client development metrics to identify trends and opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain regular reporting and dashboards to support Retail leaders in performance tracking. 
  • Partner with Finance and HR to support FTE planning, productivity analysis, and resource optimization.
  • Partner with Client Development Manager on CRM analytics. 
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve store performance and client experience. 
  • Support training initiatives by identifying performance gaps and areas for development.

Operational Analysis & Retail Excellence 

  • Monitor operational KPIs including inventory flow, stock accuracy, and in-store productivity. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Store Planning to optimize operations. 
  • Analyze stock performance and support decision-making on allocation, replenishment, and organization. 
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven action plans to improve operational performance. 
  • Track and evaluate retail excellence standards and customer experience indicators.

Cross-Functional Reporting & Projects 

  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple departments to provide a comprehensive view of business performance. 
  • Support regional projects (e.g., store openings, incentives, new tools) through reporting and performance tracking. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for reporting across LATAM, ensuring consistency and clarity of data. 
  • Assist in the rollout of tools and systems, including coordination with IT and end-user support. 
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. 
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. 
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly. 
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, business analysis, or consulting. 
  • Exposure to luxury, fashion, or consumer goods industries. 
  • Understanding of retail operations and client experience. 
  • Interest in LATAM markets and multicultural environments.
  • Spanish and Portuguese language are a plus.
