Classification Minimum Requirements:This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. Successful preemployment screening including a background check.
Job Description:The UF Health Cancer Institute is the 72nd NCI designated cancer center and the only one at a public university in the State of Florida. As a matrix cancer center, we span all of the University of Florida's 16 colleges, pulling together a world-class, multi-disciplinary membership of over 350 faculty and 150 staff to address the challenges of the cancer burden faced by the population we serve as we work together to find a cure.
As a People and Culture Intern at the UF Health Cancer Institute (UFHCI), you will be responsible for providing support to projects and initiatives within the Office of People & Culture across a variety of HR disciplines. In addition, you will support the daily operations of the UFHCI-P&C team and provide day-to-day administrative support to functional HR processes. This may include:
