About the Role:

• Support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and patient-centered care
• Assist with implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to support recovery and overall wellness
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Education and Experience:

• Physical Therapist Assistant degree from an accredited program
• Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
