Astacio Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is a trusted, full-service home services provider serving Norwalk, CT and surrounding communities. We specialize in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions for both residential and commercial customers, with a strong commitment to fixing before replacing, delivering quality workmanship, and standing behind every job we do.

We are seeking an Operations Management Trainee Intern (MBA) to work directly with leadership and gain hands-on experience running a local service business. This is not a traditional internship—you will be embedded in daily operations, contributing to real business outcomes across service, installation, and customer experience.

Internship Overview

  • Timing: Summer 2026 (flexible start/end dates)
  • Duration: Flexible (typically 8–12+ weeks)
  • Location: Norwalk, CT (on-site)
  • Commitment: Full-time (40+ hours/week)

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leadership to support day-to-day operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines
  • Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Work alongside dispatch, technicians, and customer service to understand the full customer lifecycle
  • Help improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of frontline team members
