Description

As a Detailer you play an important role in delivering a safe, friendly, and efficient experience for every guest and member. Detailers are the last point of contact at the site, and your positive attitude, teamwork, and product knowledge help create great customer experiences.

This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, and helping keep the site clean, organized, and running smoothly. Detailers report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with the rest of the team to support daily operations.

Duties / Responsibilities 

• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service during every interaction
• Support site flow and efficiency by working collaboratively with the team and helping keep lines moving 
• Vacuum area – vacuuming vehicles front and rear
• Safely guide and load vehicles onto the conveyor and monitor tunnel operations for smooth and safe performance
• Work on Detail/Drying area - ensuring that vehicles are up to the cleaning standards
• Attention to detail is a key attribute of the position.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting facility, including vacuum areas, trash removal, towel stations, lot appearance, and light tunnel clean-up as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to participate in training
