Residential Appraiser/ Property Assessor Deadline to Apply: Open Until Filled Work Location: Todd Portune Center for Local Government 138 East Court Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 Work Hours: 80 Hours Bi-weekly Salary Range: $25.94 to $45.93 Per Hour Benefits of Working for Hamilton County:

Required Education, Experience, Licensure(s)/Certification(s), Skills etc.:
  • Experience in valuation and data collection of residential properties
  • Currently Licensed or Certified Appraiser preferred
  • Must meet State of Ohio requirements to become a Licensed/Certified Appraiser
