This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how brand, communications, and social strategy work together inside a growing organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in understanding how content is planned, produced, curated, and distributed across channels. You’ll work closely with members of the Brand Team to support day-to-day social media operations, campaign execution, and the ongoing management of our employee advocacy program.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of EverCommerce’s social media content across LinkedIn and internal amplification channels.
  • Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and calendar management across brand and leadership social accounts.
  • Help curate, organize, and prepare content for the Employee Advocacy program, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging priorities.
  • Support the onboarding and coordination of employee advocates, including content tagging, basic guidance, and platform readiness.
  • Assist with repurposing content for social distribution (e.g., resizing assets, drafting captions, organizing clips or quotes).
  • Help track and document content performance, engagement trends, and participation metrics to support reporting and optimization.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and documentation to support repeatable workflows and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and People Team partners to support campaigns, leadership content, and culture initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning discussions to learn how strategy translates into execution.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Strong interest in social media, brand storytelling, employer branding, or digital communications
  • Familiarity with major social platforms, especially LinkedIn, and how content performs across them
  • High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
  • Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.

What we are looking for:

  • Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026.
  • Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship I the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.
