Mission

We are looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top-tier commercial talent. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping build world-class Sales and Marketing teams.

This is what you will be contributing to:
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles, from sourcing to closing.
  • Identify and engage top talent, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Train and support hiring managers and interviewers to ensure effective and structured hiring processes.
  • Contribute to and execute Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives alongside the broader Talent team.
  • Act as a FlowX.AI brand ambassador, strengthening our employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
Experience & skill set you need to succeed:
  • 1+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing roles.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and ability to engage with technical and commercial profiles.
  • Proven ability to source and attract high-demand talent using creative and data-driven approaches.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience).
  • Background recruiting for high-growth or software companies is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
