What will you do?

Assist in hiring our new interns for the September 2026 "Best Internship in Retail" program
Support the recruitment of new store employees who embody our brand values
Be part of an exciting transformation in our candidate experience project
Post, publish, and promote vacancies, ensuring the use of the most effective channels and the right tone of voice for each target audience
Communicate daily with future talent through various channels to guide them toward their dream job within our inspiring brand
Communicate with store managers, manage the recruitment inbox, and handle recruitment-related phone inquiries

About you!

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, HBO, or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Tech-savvy, with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach
Fast learner, able to work with multiple tools; Excel, Workday and other talent platforms
Strong communication skills and comfortable taking initiative
Participation in extracurricular activities during your studies or prior HR-related experience is a plus (but not required)
Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
Please note: writing a thesis during this internship is not possible

Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.

Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).

Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

You are an EU citizen,

You are on a Family/Partner visa, or

You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
