Job Summary

Summary:  Supports the Human Resources Department during events at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact in a professional manner with both guests and Levy team members.
• Create a welcoming, warm, and supportive environment on every shift by greeting Levy team members during their check-in and check-out of their shift. 
• Manages the uniform inventory and accounts for damaged and loss items.
• Assist with event day check-ins, including set-up and breakdown of the volunteer/staff check-in areas.
• Keeps uniform file storage space clean and orderly..
• Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Process event day ticketing and wristband information for staff.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
• Assists with various special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
