Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Mobility and transfers
Maintain a Safe Home Environment
- Light housekeeping
- Linen changes
- Laundry
- Infection control practices
Monitor Client Well-Being
- Provide medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Communicate concerns to supervising nurses
Provide Emotional & Social Support
- Conversation and companionship
- Reading or memory activities
- Light exercises or short walks
Documentation- Record care notes and observations in our digital charting system each shift
✅ Requirements
- Active Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification or Willingness to obtain
- Completion of a state-approved HHA training program
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate personality and strong communication skills
