Schedule Float Position Varies (32 Hours- 40 Hours) Must be available for all overnights (awake and asleep), morning, weekend hours and evenings as needed. Must be willing to be flexible to schedule changes and willing to work in variety of settings ranging from Bloomington, MN to Maple Grove, MN.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
