Consolidated Credit – Outbound Sales Representative

Lead Type: Outbound calls on high-intent leads with verified debt amounts (In-Office)
Location: On-Site | Plantation, FL 33313
Compensation: Hourly Base + Commissions + Bonuses
Starting Pay: $18 per hour

Outbound Sales Representative – General Description
  • Navigate basic computer systems, email platforms, and multi-line phone systems
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients both verbally and in writing
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with high-intent leads
  • Interview clients to understand debt obligations, income, and financial situation
  • Review credit reports, bills, and payment schedules
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate financial wellness programs
  • Assist clients with enrolling in programs to address unsecured debt
  • Develop financial plans by analyzing income, assets, and expenses
  • Provide clear, informed guidance to help clients make the best financial decision

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, call centers, collections, or financial services preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze information effectively
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software
  • Self-motivated with a desire to improve and succeed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Information
Many of our most successful team members come from outbound sales or call center environments. Experience in financial services is a plus.
