Qualifications

We are looking for a driven and dependable Account Manager with a High School Diploma or GED. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of institutional or commercial selling experience, with experience in selling, servicing, and/or installing laundry products/equipment in the commercial market being preferred. This role requires technical/mechanical proficiency and the ability to travel within the territory.

Job Description

Purpose: 

Account Managers are a critical part of our success and are recognized as experts in the industry.  Account Managers are trained to focus on all the complexities of a customer’s operation and become experts in laundry technologies, allowing them to become involved with their customer’s business beyond the role of simply supplying chemical specialties.  By concentrating on their specific areas of expertise, they are able to provide the solutions their customers need to help their customers overcome their largest challenges and achieve their goals. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Become an expert on our products, equipment and the competitive landscape 

  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research 

  • Present products and services to prospective customers 

  • Strategically identify organic growth opportunities with existing customers by learning the customer operations and understanding their needs 

  • Provide superior service to customers, including troubleshooting problems and identifying mechanical and operational issues 

  • Install and maintain dispensing equipment/systems 

  • Must be willing to travel within territory with possibility of 1-3 overnight trips per month 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1-year institutional / commercial selling experience 

  • Experience in selling, servicing, and/or installing laundry products/equipment in the commercial market is preferred 

  • Ability to physically maneuver around the laundry areas is required 

  • Ability to periodically lift 50 pounds is required 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • Valid Driver’s License 

  • Clear Driving Record 

  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus 

  • Technical/mechanical proficiency 

  • Be driven and dependable and have honesty & integrity
