We are seeking a competitive, results-driven, and high-energy ECM Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic Opt-Ins team. This is a results focused position where the primary goal is to drive enrollment growth for our vital Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program by converting pre-qualified member leads into active enrollments. This role is ideal for a professional motivated by clear targets, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to connect people with life-changing health benefits.

PAY RANGE: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour and Lucrative Bonus Potential- Uncapped monthly performance bonuses tied directly to your enrollment success. Top performers are generously rewarded.
