Under direct supervision, assist, prepare, complete and self-review assigned tasks in an efficient manner within allotted time frames.
Document procedures performed, findings or other issues, draft/compile work papers, reports and client correspondence.
Monitor workload and billable hours on a weekly basis.
Communicate with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern.
Comply with the professional and Firm requirements (e.g., employee handbook requirements, time entry procedures), quality control document requirement, confidentiality requirements related to client, proposal, personnel, and job-related information.
Attend and actively engage in training sessions or meetings as required.
Maintain a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback.
If applicable, prepare for and take the eligible certification(s) at available opportunity.
Have the availability to work in an in office setting for a minimum of 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week during business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm; Monday – Friday)
Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
Ability to complete the entire Summer Internship Program starting on June 8, 2026
Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, MBA (or related field)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
