Responsibilities/Qualifications

This role is onsite (not a remote internship) in Colorado and housing is not provided. As such, candidates local to the state or who list they have housing available in Colorado will be considered first.

Internship Details

An internship at Intrado isn’t just a summer job, it’s an unforgettable experience!

Start Date: May 27th- August 14th, 2025 (12 week internship)

Location: 1601 Dry Creek Dr, Longmont, CO 80503

This position will support our Information Technology Operations team. This team is responsible for supporting and maintaining Intrado staff with their personal computing needs.

Each intern will focus on completing a project designed to provide hands on, career/major relevant project experience that will have an immediate and lasting impact on a real time business need. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to:

Essential Duties:

• Lead a system refresh effort, modernizing Intrado’s fleet of laptops.
• Support full time staff resolving end user computing issues.
• Identify repeat work which could be deflected or contained at a lower tier using a Knowledge article.

Qualifications

• Computer Science students with a major in Information Technology, Networking, Security or related fields
• Basic knowledge of security networking like account authentication, VPN, DNS helpful but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem solving, critical thinking and adaptability skills.
• Passion for learning and a strong interest in supporting Intrado’s mission
