Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and parents to the dental office.
  • Prepare patients for treatments and checkups, ensuring their comfort.
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures.
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
  • Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients and parents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dental room.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited dental assistant program
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of Dental Assisting experience is preferred
  • Experienced in delivering high-level customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
