What You Will Do

The Aftermarket Repair organization (PSD) located in Springdale, AR is looking for a Co-op for our Accounting department. This position is designed to be both educational and practical.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and analytical reports
• Provide monthly reporting to support internal operations as well as external reporting requirements including labor and cost reporting, expense analysis, segregation of duties, as well as ad hoc reporting
• Involvement in daily accounting functions including A/R invoicing, payables and support for tax reporting
• Working across the organization with other teams to support data needs
• Sarbanes Oxley controls assessment and testing. Continuous improvement initiatives
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel
• Minimum 3.0 GPA

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
