Program: MHOTRS Clinic (Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitation Services) or School-based/Mobile Satellites
Location: Rockland, NY
Hours Per Week: 35 per week
FLSA Status: Full Time, Exempt
Annual Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,830
We provide weekly clinical supervision aimed at promoting the effective accumulation of clinical hours. This structured support is designed to enhance professional development and ensure a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices.
Summary Description: The MHOTRS Licensed Clinician will offer individual, group, and family services for individuals of all ages and for a full range of behavioral health conditions. Our clinic delivers integrated behavioral health services with a robust team of providers. The Clinician is responsible for the provision of direct clinical services and coordination with other agencies serving the clients. The Clinician will demonstrate particular competence in providing trauma-related care, utilizing evidence-based approaches. The Clinician must possess the ability to engage and affect change through a person-centered model. The Clinician will demonstrate initiative, flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. The Clinician will support recovery by providing services that reflect our deeply held values that include the recognition of individual rights of self-determination, choice, shared decision-making, and collaboration. The Clinician will utilize evidence-based practices, embracing trauma-informed and person-centered approaches. The Clinician will demonstrate co-occurring competence to deliver services that are integrated and holistic.

Mandated Reporter:
This is a Mandated Reporter position. The NYS Justice Center legislation defines anyone who has regular and substantial contact with any person with special needs as a “custodian” under the law and, therefore, a mandated reporter.
