Who We’re Looking for

We’re looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be positive, professional and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to provide a great customer experience. The Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist does not have supervisory responsibilities and will report to the Customer Service Manager

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Process orders and requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support
  • Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalate queries and concerns
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 6-12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer skills required:
  • Spreadsheet Software (Excel) 
  • Order Processing systems
  • Word Processing software (Word)
  • Email Software (Outlook) 
  • Presentation software (PowerPoint)
