  • The Clinical Practice Clerk supports the service area by performing various administrative and clerical duties (medical records, supplies, inventories, mail receipt and distribution, filing, tracking, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the retrieval, filing, and maintenance activities of medical records.
  • Maintains supplies, forms, and other inventory.
  • Works with vendors to place orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Receives, distributes and sends mail and faxes.
  • Makes or coordinates deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Receives, appropriately responds, and documents patient inquiries.
  • Generates communication to patients and others.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant role.
