Operations/Finance Intern – Summer 2026
📍 Orlando, FL | May 4 – August 3 | $20/hour
Foundry Commercial is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations/Finance Intern to support key initiatives across Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and Accounting. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Program Details
- Pay: $20 per hour
- Schedule: Minimum of 35 hours per week
- Location: Orlando, FL (parking provided)
- Dates: May 4 – August 3
- Flexibility: Vacation time permitted during the program
What You’ll Work On
Financial / Asset Management
- Analyze rent roll data and support performance tracking
- Assist with mid-year forecasts and budget template preparation
- Conduct labor analytics and identify trends
- Support our AI initiative: Project Hellcat (Foundry AI)
- Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports
Operations
- Develop an Asset Management site visit playbook
- Create and enhance insurance coverage and claims trackers
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding assets
- Support planning for the Connect Conference
- Update and analyze community market comps
- Build a reporting requirements tracker for management assignments
- Partner with Marketing to publish the first-ever “Allegro Anthology”—a collection of resident stories featured in the Foundry United magazine
Legal / Accounting
- Assist with K-1 administration
- Support accounting with investment tracking and corporate forecasting
- Contribute to NC CHOW processes for multiple assets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Excel; interest in financial analysis preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in real estate, senior living, finance, or operations is a plus
