Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work hours - onsite in office - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. There is little to no overtime with this position.
Conduct troubleshooting over the phone to identify and correct mechanical failures on customer's equipment.
Solicits sale of new or additional services.
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Talks to customers by phone or in person to investigate conditions surrounding equipment failures.
Assists customers by suggesting parts necessary for equipment repairs.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
Six (6) months to one (1) year of customer experience
Knowledge of Epicor and MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of inventory management systems

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time
There is no heavy lifting necessary with this position
