Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) who also holds a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and medication administration while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. 

Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours/week

  • 1 twelve-hour night shift 
  • 3 eight-hour night shifts 
  • Includes every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies 
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living 
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and medication records 
  • Support a calm, safe, and respectful overnight environment 
  • Collaborate with nursing and care team members

Qualifications:

  • Active CRMA certification required 
  • Must also hold a current PSS or CNA certification 
  • Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required
  • Basic computer skills
